registration PDF form on this page. Mail the form to the
address given with the appropriate payment.
If you wish to purchase lunch, you will also need to download the lunch purchase PDF form and mail the form and fee with your registration.
If you wish to purchase Pre Camp or Post Camp for your child, you will need to download the sign up PDF and mail the form and fee in with your registration.
